Few years back Baba Bakhoran Dass (BBD) witnessed a funny situation. From Modinagar area one young bank loan aspirant (YBLA) not having faith in banking system, based upon general perception, approached a very powerful political executive of the area. The lady politician referred his application to the Ziladhish for doing the needful. Honourable Ziladhish, after receiving the direction of the political boss referred it to the Branch Head of ADB Muradnagar with a direction “Kripaya inhe reen dein (Please give him loan)”. The young citizen was extremely happy as after spending sufficient man-hours and sufficient money, his efforts appear to be showing signs of getting his dreams fulfilled.
Next day with full of confidence, may be with pinch of arrogance too he barged into the cabin of the Branch Head (BH) of ADB. This gentleman BH had just swallowed few sermons from his wife in the morning for not attending the PTM and ignoring the education of his own child, followed by daily dose from his boss was about to reconcile mood. Not knowing the background (of personal issues of the BH, and his official obligation of sanction of loan as per his discretion) and bubbling with all vigour, this YBLA put his application fortified with Seal of authority from Political and Administrative heads of the area to the BH. The mood of BH was fastest disposal of the proposal in front of him, the BH put his remarks just beneath the orders of Ziladhish as to “Shriman Ziladhis kripaya apne adhikar kshetra mein hi karein – ye aapke adhikar kshetra ke bahar hai (….please exercise your powers within your area of authority and this is out of your powers.) To cut short, this poor YBLA’s aspiration and all his dreams were shattered.
Nowadays BBD is experiencing the same hype from a message of Delhi administration which indicates that education loan to all aspirants will be released by the branch of a bank of his/her choice with kind grace of CM of Delhi. BBD is confused. Whether is it possible to fulfill aspirations of YBLA of Delhi? Please update.
